About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as its most senior executive, providing spiritual, programmatic, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization in its mission to awaken and serve Spirit for the transformation of self and society, while ensuring operational and programmatic excellence, cultural coherence, and external engagement. This role is pivotal in leading the company to fulfill its long-term vision and is characterized by a deep engagement model of leadership, where the CEO will partner closely with the Board in both practical and spiritual approaches to governance. The ideal CEO for the company will be a visionary leader, capable of activating and moving the organization from planning to action, and will be committed to the long-term mission of building the spiritual foundation of a loving world. The role requires a candidate who can balance internal and external focus, and is ready to build coalitions, act boldly, and fuel imagination. Key responsibilities include being the primary point of communication between the Board and the staff, and leading the company in support of its founder's vision. The CEO will also be expected to model a commitment to individual and collective spiritual journey and transformation, and to work with the Board and external advisors in a generative, sense-making capacity.
