Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Job Description

we are looking for a motivated and ambitious salesperson who wants to earn a living while learning the real estate investment business. We are experienced house flippers, investors, licensed general contractor and real estate broker looking for someone to help find and acquire investment properties throughout South Florida. You'll be reaching out to homeowners, investors, and agents, finding deals, building relationships and learning how to analyze, negotiate, buy, renovate and flip houses and rentals. Real Estate License and Sales experience is a plus but I'm really looking for someone who's hungry, outgoing, hardworking and wants to learn and make money. You'll need to come into the office at least part time, but the schedule can be flexible. There's an opportunity to make good money on deals and grow with the business.
