Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Resolute Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and formulate targeted treatment strategies.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing trauma recovery and building resilience.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate the processing of trauma and the development of effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive cohesive and integrated care.

• Offering crisis intervention and immediate support for individuals experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and available coping strategies, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings focused on enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
