We are looking for highly motivated individuals with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for cars and sales to work as a Floor Manager. An automobile is one of the biggest purchases many consumers will make in their lifetime and this is your opportunity to become a part of that process. As a Floor Manager, your responsibility is to oversee and develop the Sales Consultants as well approve sales and trade-in transactions. Responsibilities: Manages Sales Consultants to ensure that all aspects of the sales processes are effectively executed Uses the lead management processes to follow up on all prospects to ensure a luxury sales experience Manages and measures the sales team's performance to ensure that performance goals and objectives are attained including customer satisfaction and employee satisfactions targets Identifies, addresses, and takes necessary actions to ensure that all performance standards are met. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred Minimum three years of automotive sales experience and/or two years of automotive supervisory experience Exceptional leadership, coaching, training, counseling, and interpersonal relationships skills Strong in communication, negotiations, and customer resolution Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking Detail oriented and customer focused Working knowledge of DealerTrack, Word, and Excel Auto Sales - Sales Manager - Customer Service Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
