IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to provide technical support and expertise to our staff, ensuring that our systems and processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and systems. Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes. Conduct regular system and security audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Train staff on new technologies and software applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
