Development Specialist

Troon Chicago, 4611 N Ravenswood Ave, Suite 101, Chicago, IL 60640, USA Responsibilities Conduct research to identify current challenges and formulate optimization methods to assist with business management policy formulation. Build pipelines of potential partners by developing, implementing, and analyzing the responses to mathematical survey models. Continuous development of workflow outline for scheduling software, including development queue enhancements, discovery, wire framing, testing, release, and client education. Translate business requirements from partner needs to technology development to supply optimal products. Liaise with golf staff, golf committees, Management Team, and Board members to conduct layered product demonstrations. Conduct real time product performance meetings to collect data, analyze how customers utilize software, and recommend enhancements as necessary. Review and analyze customer requirements against the software’s capabilities to ensure optimal functioning and address customer’s business needs. Collaborate with customers to ensure compatibility between software product and customers’ internal computer systems. Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts. Assist third party app development team in adhering to timelines by communicating regularly with developers and stakeholders. Job Requirements Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Position requires 3 years of experience. Position requires domestic and international travel at least 50% of the time. Employee must report in person to the Chicago, IL Troon office 2-3 days per week when not traveling. Must have experience in: Utilizing the following technologies: SalesLoft, Canva, Seamless AI, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and Salesforce for external presentations. Product positioning and live product demonstrations, including presentations to golf staff, executive teams, and boards. Creating sales enablement tools including brochures, case studies, and demonstration videos. Hosting online event marketing seminars utilizing Zoom platform. Utilizing tee time scheduling software for billing and pace-of-play tracking.
