Talent Acquisition SpecialistLincoln Tech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts across our campus locations and corporate departments. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding. This is a hybrid position based in Parsippany NJ.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain job postings across the career site, ATS, and external job boardsSource and attract qualified candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and referralsReview applications, conduct initial screenings, and identify top talent for considerationCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teamsServe as primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experiencePrepare and coordinate employment offers and candidate follow-upPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide pipeline updatesProvide training and support to hiring managers on ATS functionality and recruiting best practicesParticipate in career fairs and networking events to promote Lincoln Tech's employment brandDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positionsEnsure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulationsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required1+ years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related experienceExperience supporting full-cycle recruiting processesExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologiesProficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience within the career school (skilled trades, healthcare, and/or transportation) realm is a plusFull-Time BenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionLife and Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and HolidaysGrowth OpportunitiesAbout UsFor over 80 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, and Information Technology.Lincoln Tech is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
