What We Do/Project


The finance coordinator provides financial administrative support for Media Relations, Talent Relations, and Int'l PR teams. This role is responsible for budget reconciliation, payment processing, vendor management, and financial tracking to support publicity campaigns, and talent initiatives.


Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Process payments and ensure timely vendor payment.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues.
• Submit department credit card reconciliations and payments.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and vendor setup.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support budget tracking across teams.


Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Confidence with numbers and attention to details
a. 1-3 years; Background in finance or familiarity with finance
2) Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
a. 1-3 years; Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, internal cross-functional teams, and executives with confidence.
3) Ability to take initiative
a. 1-3 years; Self-starter mentality with ability to demonstrate resourcefulness when unsure about actions or next steps.


Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience working with purchase orders or supplier onboarding preferred.


Soft Skills:
1) Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
2) Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Technology Requirements:
1) Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Oracle, Ariba, APEX, etc.)


Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor's degree required.


Interview Process / Next Steps
1) 1st round interview with Dir Budget Analysis
2) 2nd round with current Finance Coordinator that will be stepping into managerial role.

• Sourcing in NY - Hudson Yards.
• Hybrid requirement - 3-days onsite - Flexible schedule.
