We pride ourselves on our dedication to providing top-quality service and building lasting relationships with our clients. In this role as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
Personal Lines Insurance position. Experienced as a licensed insurance agent in Virginia with provable experience within an Independent Agency.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Professionals urged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, assisting with policy-related questions and clarifications.
- Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by customers, striving to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or insurance industry is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
- Customer Focus: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process and document information with precision.
- Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work within a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfort with using computer systems, digital tools, and CRM software.
