Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and treatment planning, tailoring your approach to develop effective pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards while utilizing advanced clinical software tools for organization and compliance.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized behavior support plans aligned with our mission.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate seamless access to resources for our clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and support our community initiatives.
\n
• Develop relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our services and identify potential partnerships or funding sources.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and committee participation to enhance both personal and professional growth.

• Embody and promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of Essential Grace Mental Therapy in all interactions.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those in need of substance use recovery support, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your role is critical in providing individualized care that empowers clients, helping them navigate their emotional health and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must possess an Independent LMHC License, with the possibility of assistance for out-of-state candidates seeking licensure in New York.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth practices and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities is preferred. Familiarity with documentation standards and regulatory requirements in the mental health field will be advantageous. Previous work in collaborative environments and experience developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
