Marketing Representative - Downstate Counties Company: Rockaway Home Care Location: Downstate NY / Field-Based Service Area: Manhattan Position Type: Full-Time We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Representative to join our team at Rockaway Home Care. As a Marketing Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with referral sources, educating community partners and families about our services, and generating new referrals to help grow our agency's client base. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout assigned counties Visit hospitals, clinics, senior centers, community organizations, physician offices, rehab centers, nursing homes, and other potential referral partners Educate community partners and families about Rockaway Home Care services Generate new referrals and help grow the agency's client base Represent Rockaway Home Care professionally at community events, meetings, and outreach opportunities Track outreach activity, leads, referrals, and follow-up communication Work closely with the office, intake, and care teams to support smooth referral transitions Identify new business development opportunities in assigned territories Maintain strong knowledge of home care services and company programs Support community engagement and brand awareness efforts Requirements: Prior marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach experience preferred Home care, healthcare, MLTC, Medicaid, Medicare, or community-based service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable traveling throughout assigned Downstate counties Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field Professional, friendly, and comfortable speaking with referral partners and families Ability to track activity and follow up consistently Must meet all company hiring and onboarding requirements Preferred Qualifications: Existing relationships with healthcare or community referral sources Experience working with MLTC plans, Medicaid populations, senior care, or home care services Bilingual skills are a plus Strong networking and presentation skills Familiarity with Downstate NY healthcare/community resources Benefits of Working With Us: Competitive compensation Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan Transit benefits and dependent care accounts Verizon Wireless and mobile internet discounts Supportive team culture Opportunities for advancement Why Rockaway Home Care?
