We're expanding our Midtown Manhattan office and are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Coordinators. This is a face-to-face marketing position where you'll represent nationally recognized clients, build relationships with business customers, and help execute in-person marketing campaigns in a professional B2B environment. This is not a digital marketing, social media, SEO, graphic design, or content creation role. Instead, you'll learn how face-to-face marketing campaigns are planned and executed while developing valuable communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills. No previous marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one. Responsibilities Coordinate and support face-to-face marketing campaigns for business clients. Represent client brands professionally during in-person meetings and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with business customers. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Gather customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance. Assist with campaign planning, execution, and day-to-day coordination. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign activity. Participate in paid training, daily coaching, and professional development sessions. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and office goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Professional, dependable, and organized. Comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face throughout the workday. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
