Escrow OfficerLooking for a fulltime Escrow Officer who will be responsible for planning and preparing for real estate closings. They prepare sales transaction documents and review them for errors.As an Escrow Officer you will ensure buyers have enough equity to meet their financial obligations, including closing costs and loan payoffs. Once the buyer and seller have met their conditions, the Escrow Officer assists with the property transfer, completing the transaction. Other duties will include:Sending completed loan documents to mortgage companiesScheduling real estate closingsPerforming title searchesObtaining signatures on important documentsProcuring assumption and payoff statementsEnsuring escrow funds have been depositedPreparing escrow instructionsVerifying all purchase requirements have been metAbility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
