The role is primarily conducted in an outpatient group practice setting, with an emphasis on telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students involved in clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, fostering their professional development.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques customized to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to deliver holistic care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, incorporating input from clients and utilizing therapeutic best practices.

• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring clarity and compliance in client records.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, advancements in therapy techniques, and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique challenges and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state licensure such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Professional liability insurance is required to practice in all relevant areas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing clinical supervision to new therapists or practicum students.

Compensation and Benefits\n
