Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using telehealth technology to address various psychological disorders and emotional challenges.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring that appropriate therapeutic strategies are employed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, utilizing our advanced digital tools within the therapist portal for streamlined management of client notes.

• Perform mental health screenings and assessments that guide the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques where applicable, supporting clients in overcoming behavioral difficulties and enhancing their coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse treatment, and providing group therapy.

• Familiarity and proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary counseling principles, practices, and trends related to individual and family therapy.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention and providing direct support to clients in acute mental health crises.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience, along with potential performance-based bonuses.
