Job Title: Client Account Coordinator Location: Greenwood, South Carolina, United States Employment Type: FULL-TIME Salary: USD $25 - $32 per hour Responsibilities As a Client Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary duties will include: Serving as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly manner. Scheduling service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits efficiently for our residential and commercial customers. Coordinating with our team of skilled technicians to manage schedules and dispatch them to job sites. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, service histories, and account information within our company systems. Providing administrative support to the service department, including the preparation of quotes and invoices. Proactively resolving any client issues or concerns to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Liaising between clients and technical staff to ensure clear communication and that all service requirements are met. Qualifications We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in a customer service, account coordination, or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. The capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software systems. Previous experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
