Account Coordinator

Shift: M-F, 8a-5p

Pay: $21/hr.
Where: East side of Indianapolis

Evaluation Hire

Duties

Respond to client inquires
Process purchase order
Facilitate meetings between estimating and sales to obtain quotes for sales
Work hand and hand with the Sales team as their support and following up on inquires, customer orders, etc. This is NOT a sales position
Routing invoices for show services and rentals
Tracing rented inventory and maintain log date issues and sate returned b client

Qualifications

Microsoft Office suites knowledge
Organized, can Multi-task and prioritize
High school Diploma
