Social Media Content Manager

Owning the entire social and content presence, the full-time remote Social Media Content Manager will script, shoot, edit, write, post, analyze, and engage across various platforms while utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity. Key responsibilities Grow and manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook, focusing on engagement and follower growth Script, film, and edit video content for social media platforms, and manage the YouTube channel including live streaming Edit the GiveFirst podcast and create promotional content while engaging with the community and supporting digital events Required qualifications A public body of work demonstrating experience in short-form social video, long-form content, and written copy with audience engagement Proven track record of growing a social media presence from near-zero with measurable engagement results Experience managing video projects end-to-end, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing Hands-on experience with AI tools as part of the content workflow BA/BS in marketing, communications, film, or a related field
