Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise, monitor, and direct the clinical care of patients, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices tailored to individual needs.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, conjoint, or family therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients with varied psychological needs, utilizing advanced clinical skills to deliver crisis interventions and therapeutic support.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to design and implement effective resolution strategies.

• Maintain meticulous record-keeping, including treatment logs, patient summaries, and progress notes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Provide educational and supportive programming for patients and their families to foster understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing acute and chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree or Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting will be given preference. Experience with telehealth platforms and a solid understanding of virtual therapeutic methodologies are highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 to $135,000 per year for full-time employees, with salaries adjusted based on experience and licensure status. Additional benefits include:
