Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite of applications. Responsibilities Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution Carry out migration of the changes to production Assist with technical design and documentation Qualifications 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow development Bonus Points if you have: ITSM experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification Security+ certification Custom application development experience HRSD experience CMDB experience ITOM experience Bachelor’s degree Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required Compensation and Benefits As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in select states. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below: $89,300—$139,400 USD. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
