The ServiceNow Business Analyst leads a cross-functional product development team to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and customer expectations, meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules. Apply ServiceNow knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or business process
• ServiceNow experience

Bonus points if you have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $119,600 - $169,900 USD
