Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

• Create personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, modifying them as necessary to reflect patient progress.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that each interaction is therapeutic and validating.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR), documenting all interactions and outcomes promptly for quality assurance.

• Collaborate with a dedicated inter-disciplinary treatment team, attending case conferences to discuss complex cases and devise integrative strategies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in the field of social work, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is geared towards working with a diverse population ranging from children to adults, each grappling with a variety of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition, we provide:
