Salary: Guaranteed base starting at $600,000+ (based on skills and experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care in a busy, multi-specialty hospital setting
• Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Participate in inpatient hospital care or collaborate with hospitalist teams
• Engage in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage
• Document using Epic EMR system
• Work closely with a dedicated team including CRNAs and specialty support staff
• Involve in teaching or collaborating with APPs and clinical staff
• Manage patient panels, ensuring optimal outcomes across the healthcare facility
• Maintain safety and adhere to hospital and professional standards

What You Need

Required:

• Board-certified or eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
• Active Missouri medical license or eligibility (or eligible for J1 sponsorship)
• Experience in orthopedic surgery (preferred, not strictly specified)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Experience with inpatient and outpatient orthopedic procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
