Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage diverse patient cases, including prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecological surgeries
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize advanced procedural rooms with ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, and robotic surgical systems
• Document all medical histories and care plans in compliance with hospital and legal standards
• Mentor support staff and advanced practice providers
• Participate in quality improvement and hospital outreach initiatives
• Engage in continuous professional development through CME and training opportunities

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Proven clinical skills with a focus on women's health and surgical procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rural, underserved area
