Job: Controllers - Audit Confirmations - Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: 222 South Main Street| Salt Lake City, UT 84111 NOTE : The team is targeting hire date in first half of October 2026. Job Description: The Audit confirmations team provides client statements to auditors, client's internal audit team and regulators of GS clients, confirming cash/collateral balances, activity, open trades or security balances in the client accounts for the purpose of an audit. The team supports a large product mix such as Prime Brokerage, Private Wealth Management, Equity/Fixed Income, Swaps, Futures, Foreign Exchange - Forwards/Options, Energy, Commodities, Repos, Senior Bank Debt and Stock Borrow/Loans. JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSBILITIES Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of various financial products/instruments in the market Work with the team to meet the daily assigned audit targets to support the peak season Collaborate with a global team to leverage knowledge and best practices Showcase your attention to detail in reviewing the audit statements, maintaining accuracy in processing and ability to master understanding of the process Develop strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders Maintain quick turnaround of audit queries / provide timely email response for requests from the external counterparties Highlight ideas for improving processes and implement them globally to impact and uplift the entire process Work with the relevant internal business units/ Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues arising through the course of performing the daily audit process BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Proven audit and analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with dynamic and aggressive deadline Aptitude for building relationships and ability to clearly articulate/ communicate complex issues/ cater to requests to a wide array of internal & external clients with differing levels of product experience Ability to support extended hours tied to high volumes during peak season PREFFERED QUALITIES Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of the tasks assigned, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment Experience communicating complex operational flows to varied audiences in verbal and written mediums #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectraforce Technologies
