D'Hoover Residences Development Corporation On-site - San Juan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings Prepare plans, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations Conduct site visits and monitor project progress Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders Review and approve materials and finishes Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Licensed Architect (preferred / required, depending on your requirement) Proven experience in architectural design and project management Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills Experience in residential / commercial / mixed-use projects 3D rendering and visualization skills Project coordination and leadership experience #J-18808-Ljbffr D'Hoover Residences Development Corporation
