Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with 4+ years of high volume AP experiences. Temp to hire opportunity. Can work out of the Costa Mesa office or Long Beach office. Salary range depending on experience is between $80,000 to $85,000 Temp to Hire Responsibilities for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist: Process the full cycle AP including 2/3-way matching and purchase orders Coding of invoices, weekly check runs and ACH/wire payments Reconcile the vendor statements Handle the research and any discrepancies Ensure proper approvals on all invoices Handle the expense reports Assist with the month-end close process Requirements for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist: 5+ years of full cycle AP experience Experience with purchase orders and 3-way matching Experience handling complex AP processing International AP processing experience is a plus Experience working with large ERP system Engineering, construction industry a plus Intermediate Excel (vlookup and pivot tables) Strong verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Advantex Professional Services
