Our client, a leading financial services firm located in downtown Boston, is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst to join their technology support team in a long-term contract capacity. Will serve as a first level of end-user technology support, assisting employees across multiple global locations, including remote users. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch corporate environment and enjoys supporting a diverse user base, including senior executives.

Rate: $30.00 to $35.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the IT support resource for employees across global offices and remote locations.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, Apple devices, Microsoft Office applications, and other enterprise technologies.

• Support a broad range of users, including executive leadership and C-level stakeholders, with professionalism and responsiveness.

• Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with global IT teams to provide seamless support across multiple time zones.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on desktop support or technical support experience in an enterprise environment.

• Strong experience supporting Windows-based PCs and laptops.

• Experience supporting Apple technologies, including macOS devices and iPhones.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Experience providing support to users at all organizational levels, including executives and senior leadership.
