Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing therapeutic services to couples, including joint sessions as well as individual sessions for each partner to ensure a holistic approach.
\n
• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, blended families, and communication difficulties.

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to facilitate positive change and improve client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting session notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the center’s clinical initiatives.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, leveraging resources for additional support or referral when necessary.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance skills and stay abreast of current best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various life challenges. You will work with clients addressing:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While the following experience is preferred, we welcome applications from both newly licensed and seasoned therapists. Candidates with experience in:
