The Heal Street Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and engage with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders through virtual sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve team objectives and advance service delivery commitments.

• Ensure respectful and professional interactions with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, adjusting therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Manage and operate within the organizational framework, ensuring compliance with related policies, procedures, and ethical codes.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans ensuring clients have access to necessary services while facilitating communication among clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Respond to crises effectively, providing support and intervention as necessary to ensure client safety and stability.

• Carry a caseload that may involve assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy tailored to client needs.

• Document client progress and outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to relevant healthcare documentation requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and service delivery effectiveness.

• Contribute to committees aimed at improving service delivery and overall quality of care provided by the wellness center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily supports individuals facing significant mental health challenges, often coming from traditionally underserved communities in the Las Vegas area. Your work will directly impact their lives by providing access to mental health care that fosters healing, recovery, and empowerment. You will tailor therapeutic approaches to meet varied emotional and cultural needs, ensuring all clients receive personalized, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals experiencing mental health issues is required.

• Competence in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies tailored for varied populations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.

• Demonstrated abilities in organizational planning, prioritization of tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous improvement in clinical skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing the ability to serve a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth services or work within diverse cultural settings will be considered favorably. Familiarity with tools supporting virtual care and electronic health records (EHRs) will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
