Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students to identify their emotional and social needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on adjustment issues, interpersonal relationships, grief, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement appropriate care plans that support each student's unique needs.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups to educate students and families about mental health resources and community services.
• Act as a resource to school staff on social work-related matters, engaging in training and committee work as needed.
• Document all interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in compliance with relevant legal and organizational standards.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support to students facing emotional or behavioral crises.

The clinic serves a diverse student population from various socio-economic backgrounds. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in addressing not only the mental health needs of students but also their social, emotional, and developmental concerns. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Understanding of applicable laws and ethical standards surrounding social work in a school environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychosocial assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with community support services and educational resources specific to the Las Vegas area.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
