IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert technical assistance onsite in Chantilly, VA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with solid foundational experience in IT support, aiming to grow within a dynamic environment that values automation interest and professional development. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Windows devices, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Manage and document infrastructure components, including printers, deployments, and system configurations. Utilize tools such as Jira and Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and workflows. Apply ITIL frameworks and Change Management practices to ensure consistent service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing IT issues efficiently and professionally. Travel to various worksites and branch locations to resolve hardware and software issues onsite. Participate in annual company gatherings and other special events, which may include travel to different locations. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of hands-on IT support experience. Proven experience supporting Windows devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Competency with Jira and Active Directory management. Familiarity with ITIL standards and Change Management processes. Excellent customer service skills combined with strong soft skills. Willingness to work onsite five days a week and travel as required, including to a location in Florida for an annual town hall. Interest or experience in automation and process improvement.
