Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis and behavioral guidelines, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation that complies with all regulatory standards, ensuring that each client’s care is tracked and adjusted as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic techniques as part of your clinical practice, collaborating with team members to enhance the effectiveness of care delivered.

• Participate in the development and execution of positive behavior support plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care tailored to each client.

• Actively engage in licensing, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement processes to uphold the highest standards of mental health care.

• Serve as a key liaison between our clients and community services, establishing relationships with state agencies and local organizations to streamline resources and support.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and partners to promote our agency's mission and foster a community-focused approach to mental health care.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities to continuously grow your expertise in the mental health field.

• Embrace and promote the mission, values, and philosophy of Mind Care Counseling Center within all interactions and care practices.

• Perform various other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director based on organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on diverse populations dealing with emotional and psychological challenges, including individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and various trauma-related issues. By providing telehealth services, you will help bridge the gap for clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy, thus making a significant impact on their lives and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.

• An independent and active LMHC license for the state of Washington is required. If you are licensed in another state, we will cover the costs associated with obtaining your Washington state license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
