Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments to evaluate client needs effectively and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that are individualized and comprehensive.

• Actively engage in all required processes related to licensing and accreditation, ensuring high-quality services that meet and exceed standards.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for clients’ needs and representing Inner Hope and Balance's mission.

• Facilitate open communication channels with clients, families, and external partners to achieve client-centered outcomes and foster community connections.
\n
• Network and cultivate relationships with relevant agencies to promote our programs and explore new partnership opportunities.
\n
• Engage in continued professional development through conferences and ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest in mental health care practices.

• Uphold the organization's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and decisions.
\n
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in the mental health field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
