Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Engage in active collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and risk assessment strategies.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation that meets all regulatory standards, using electronic health record systems to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of comprehensive evaluations, adhering to best practices for mental health counseling.

• Serve as a key liaison with local state agencies and community partners to enhance service accessibility and build collaborative relationships.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets established quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes veterans, individuals recovering from substance use disorders, and those facing challenges associated with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Active LMHC license issued by the state board of Washington.

• Proven ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports that comply with regulatory requirements.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.

• Capable of making independent judgments and decisions informed by professional practice and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits\n
