Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring timely updates and documentation of client progress.

• Implement evidence-based practices using clinically validated screening tools to support client assessments and treatment frameworks.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop positive behavior support plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate access to necessary resources.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the highest quality of care and program integrity.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to enhance program visibility and foster relationships that support our mission.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential funding sources, alliances, and community partners to expand our service offerings.

• Contribute to professional development through participation in conferences, workshops, and community meetings related to mental health.

• Uphold and promote the values and principles of the agency in all interactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking mental health counseling due to emotional, psychological, or substance use issues. Our clientele includes those with developmental disabilities and individuals recovering from brain injuries. Your expertise will help facilitate their journey toward recovery and independence through effective therapy and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is a prerequisite for this role, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation in counseling practices.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required for providing clinical services.

• Proficient ability in maintaining clinical records, preparing reports, and documenting treatment outcomes in line with the organization's standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the annual range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, along with productivity bonuses.
