Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Questa Behavioral Health Center, you will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative tasks that contribute to our mission. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintaining an active caseload with a minimum of 27 client sessions per week, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and care.

• Documenting ongoing clinical assessments and treatment plan modifications in compliance with our established guidelines and protocols.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
\n
• Engaging in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and experiences that enhance our collective approach to therapy.

• Providing creative and innovative therapeutic interventions aimed at helping clients achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health outcomes.

• Ensuring timely completion of all required documentation, including session notes and treatment updates.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in a behavioral health science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.

• A proven ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a supportive environment for clients.

• Experience and comfort working with a diverse client demographic.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Valant, is considered a plus.
