Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Executive Compensation Associate to join its team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Responsibilities Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Collaborate with teams on mergers and acquisitions. Draft and review compensation-related documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements 2-6 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of executive compensation and employee benefits. Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in New York. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills.
