HR Manager

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a mid-size real estate organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all core HR functions, with a strong emphasis on employment law compliance and employee relations. This role partners closely with leadership to support a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplace. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and New Jersey employment laws Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution Oversee HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policies Advise leadership on HR strategy, risk management, and workforce planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compliance and employee relations In‑depth knowledge of New Jersey employment laws HR certification (SHRM or PHR) preferred The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000–$110,000, plus bonus opportunity.
