Account Specialist

Job Purpose Our Account Specialist will maintain client relationships, act as a primary point of contact and address their inquiries and concerns. This role supports the Sales team and coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery. ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client engagement including working with estimating, scheduling, and production to ensure the client’s expectations are met. Help the sales team by being responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and provide updates on products or services. Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams and provide regular updates on account status and performance. Ability to identify and resolve client issues and analyze account data to identify opportunities. Manage assigned book of business in support of sales/margin and customer satisfaction. Add value to the business by process improvement, support RFPs; onboard new customers, assist other team members and project specialists. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team. Respond to inquiries from customers. Other duties as assigned. Work Experience 1-3 years of related job experience. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
