Project Manager Assistant

Supporting project management services, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist in ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in managing project quality and efficiency, including schedule milestone entry and reporting Prepare proposals for new projects and variations, while establishing effective project governance and communication processes Contribute to monthly reporting, manage procurement tasks, and ensure the flow of project information among team members and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience Proficiency in project management software systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic
