Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: Litigation eFiling Specialist Location: Los Angeles, Century City, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Fancisco. Salary/Payrate: $113K-$116K annually, bonus and AWESOME benefits!!! Work Environment: Hybrid Term: Permanent Bachelor’s degree required: Yes / No Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired Job Description AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation eFiling Specialist to join one of its clients in the Los Angeles, Century City, Orange County, Palo Alto, or San Francisco area. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of court docketing and calendaring procedures ideally in a large law firm. This position will primarily function eFiling in California. This position will heavily interact with attorneys, and other individuals so interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. Required Skills and Experience Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and able to work under tight deadlines. Able to plan, organize and complete multiple related activities. Must deliver high quality work product and have the ability to follow up and follow through. Must possess the ability to work independently, as well as on a team, in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work overtime as necessary. Must have experience eFiling. Experience navigating eFiling state platforms, as well as Pacer/ECF; Experience calendaring litigation deadlines; Experience 3+ years of litigation experience in litigation docketing.
