FWS- Puente Student Assistant

Description Input and maintain student data Keep records organized, both online and in office Send out emails to current & former students and mentors Help out with planning, logistics, and set-up/clean-up for events Meet, as needed, with Puente coordinators to schedule activities Order supplies and prepare paperwork for events Facilitate organizing between various entities or people Post and monitor social media alongside coordinators Requirements and Desirable Skills Current or former participation as an active Puente Learning Community member is required Basic computer knowledge Familiarity with different forms of social media A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite An ability to work independently Ability to work collaboratively with Puente co‑coordinators as well as students Good interpersonal skills This is a Federal Work Study position and applicants must be eligible.
