Receptionist Fox Motors has a Receptionist opening in Macomb, Mi at Fox Subaru Macomb. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned. Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit. Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed. Assists with administrative duties as requested. Skills and experience include the following. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
