Happy Home, a Kalamazoo-based home health care provider, seeks a Commercial Estimator to support growth and client-focused care. In this role, you will analyze service requirements, labor, and overhead to accurately estimate costs for new contracts, care programs, and expansions. You will prepare bids and proposals, build pricing models, and track actuals against estimates to improve accuracy over time. Working closely with clinical, scheduling, and operations teams, you’ll help ensure services remain high-quality, sustainable, and aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
