Account Manager, Employee Benefits

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to support our Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with Internal Sales Agents to enroll clients in the Kentucky Exchange (KYNECT) portal and ensure accurate entry of client and policy information into our CRM system. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent service and operational support to both clients and internal stakeholders. At Agentlink, now part of Gallagher, our AgentLink Concierge Services team works with agents to support them in several ways. We will handle your Life, Senior and Benefit business seamlessly – and be as involved with your clients as you want us to be.
How you'll make an impact
- Partner with Internal Sales Agents to successfully enroll clients through the KYNECT (Kentucky Exchange) portal
- Accurately submit and manage client enrollments in the exchange system
- Enter and maintain client and policy information within the company CRM system
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all platforms
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to Account Managers and broader team
- Assist with administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned
Compensation:
The target salary for this position is $35,100 (US Dollar) annually.
About YouRequired: client service experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.#LI-CS4 Compensation and benefits

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
