Saint Joseph, MO, United States (On-site) Job Description The LPN works under the supervision of leadership. The LPN works under the direction of the RN and/or Provider. Administers quality patient care according to established standards. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients. Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers. Responsibilities Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings. Updates and implements the plan of care. Reinforces patient teaching and family education. Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications including intravenous fluids and medications. Collaborates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team. Contributes to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and others (students, orientees).
