Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role will support both our Assistive Technology (AT) product line and Accessibility Services practice. As a BDR, you will be on the front line of our go-to-market efforts: driving pipeline, engaging prospects, and introducing them to the solutions that make a difference for individuals and organizations worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the sales team.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across higher education, government, healthcare, enterprise, and nonprofit sectors.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Services teams to align on territory strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM.
• Represent Vispero's AT and Services portfolio with professionalism, empathy, and consultative curiosity.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, or outreach-driven roles (SDR/BDR experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable with high daily outreach volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches).
• Curious, self-driven, and adaptable able to learn new products and industries quickly.
• Interest in technology, accessibility, or making a direct impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

The typical base salary range for a Business Development Representative is $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on performance. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
