Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Core Sales Representative to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems
- Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Salary: $55,000 plus commission
