Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to enhance continuity of care and support treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Victory Mind Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 per year, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus.
